alright . im not in time to write the last post of 2007.
and here comes 2008 !

2007 is fast . i haven see it coming and now it's gone .
and now it's time to write down my gratitude to people who occupied my life in 2007

firstly , to the people in grand hyatt Straits Kitchen !
i can never forget my wonderful first working experience with you guys . it's amazing !
esp TANGO , MEILING , KEENTJUN , KAREN, not forgetting WENDY YAN . i miss you guys !
and also the jakarta trainees namely STACEY, IVANA , KARLINA , margit , dewi and regina .
and also to 'mummy' ivy and devi , UNCLE FOO , charles , sarah .
and the blackies in SK . though i don really like working with you guys , but i still miss the little cheeky action done and smile when im tired .
and to the part-timers shah , bastid , UNCLE BOCK .
and also the chefs ! chinese kitchen- york how , the duck side guy and the tongue guy. aiya don know what's their names already =[ wendy still rmb ?
to the indian kitchen - don know their names not even one and MICHELLE !
to the pastry kitchen - yan jie , yew boon , HANAFI , uncle something . gosh i forgot !
to the juice bar - UNCLE HAMID

i miss the times working really hard together .
i miss the times wiping cutleries at the back lane.
i miss the times stealing food into the pantry .
i miss the times stealing each other's napkin , cutleries when there's not enough.
i miss the times we tried hard to drill the food and wine knowledge into my mind .
i miss the horny jokes which always left me puzzling . ( im innocent by then )
i miss the Dinner and Dance . hot dancing from the blackies !
i miss the laughter , the cries , the whining , the everything .

and the last person i must not forget is MR NAIDU !!!
he's the greatest manager ! he really dote on us which motivated me to perform well .
no matter how heavy the plates are or how late we worked for the OT .

I NEVER EVER REGRET STEPPING INTO SK FOR INTERVIEW
BECAUSE THE MEMORIES IN SK IS MORE THAN ANY PAIN I SUFFERED .

next is my lovely bunch of people .

the times we enjoyed together is perfect !
you are just the friends im looking for .
3 years is never short to know mun, eunice and woods to become the bestest friends .
5 years is never too long to be the best friends with eleanor and chang to know each other inside out .

i used to regret coming to SP . but now i don .
